Her mother passed away during birth and her father, upon hearing of this death, blamed her and went insane. He left her with the midwife of the village and went rampaging all over Umbra. Her mother had been very nocturnal so she had always been fascinated with the night. She learned how to manipulate the darkness of night and also the moonlight and starlight at a young age, catching moonbeams and starting small dark fires. At the age of five a traveling group of performers enticed her curiosity and so they took her with them to learn how to dance. Giving her the midwifes last name they brought her to one of the big cities and dropped her off at the best dance school they could find. At the age of ten she knew that she loved dancing and performing for others so she went and traveled as her twenty year old form. Perfecting the arts she always moves with elegance and caution towards others.

She seems to always be bored with those of the opposite gender and tends to ignore them. When one catches her eye (very rarely) they show something to her that others may not be. She is kind and generally has some sort of creature by her side gossiping with her when she isn't dancing.
